Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Mira subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods
  • Your data remains accessible; you can re-subscribe at any time

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
  • Service outage: Pro-rated refund for any period where the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors: Immediate full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@openmira.cc with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at contact@openmira.cc
  • Step 2: We will review and respond within 48 hours
  • Step 3: If unresolved, you may escalate through your payment provider

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we can typically resolve issues faster.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partially used billing periods (beyond the 7-day window)
  • Tokens already consumed during the billing period
