Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Mira subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- Your data remains accessible; you can re-subscribe at any time
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for any period where the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
- Billing errors: Immediate full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@openmira.cc with:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at contact@openmira.cc
- Step 2: We will review and respond within 48 hours
- Step 3: If unresolved, you may escalate through your payment provider
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we can typically resolve issues faster.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Partially used billing periods (beyond the 7-day window)
- Tokens already consumed during the billing period
