By accessing or using Mira ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Mira is an AI-powered nutrition and health coaching platform. The Service provides:

  • Food photo analysis and nutrition tracking
  • Blood test result interpretation
  • Supplement stack auditing
  • Personalized AI health consultations
  • Meal planning and health trend tracking

3. Medical Disclaimer

Mira is not a medical service. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplements, or health regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from Mira.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person per account; accounts are non-transferable

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Free tier: 100,000 tokens/month at no cost
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a weekly or annual basis
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, interface, and content, is owned by Mira Health. Your health data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mira Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
